START THE PROCESSArcHITECTURE OF SUB-INITIATIVES
POTENTIAL MAP
Each new initiative takes shape around a specific area, goal, or potential. By examining the scope of the idea, its environment, and areas of development, we establish the basic framework of the initiative.
CONCEPT MODEL
We structure the resulting framework through roles, resources, and areas of work. We design an open and expandable model suitable for the character of each initiative.
WORKING ORGANISM
We create processes, relationships, and operations by transferring the designed model to a real work environment. We ensure that the structure learns through experience and develops over time.
The Ecosystem
HOLISTIC ACTION
We create a structure that nourishes each other by bringing together different formations, competencies, and opportunities on a common ground. While preserving the uniqueness of each unit, we expand common areas of action.
